Shoppers browse frames, choose lenses and check out on an eyewear store linked from your website. Branding, checkout, accounts and loyalty connections are scoped with your digital team.
Start from the Rx they already saved
The shopper’s saved Rx is available to the order, so they move from “I like these” to a complete order without retyping it. Prescription handling follows the approved ordering process for the configured service.
Frames in person, order anywhere
A shopper can try frames at the kiosk and finish the order there with the attendant, or take their saved profile home and order on their phone. The kiosk is a starting point, not the only place to buy.
Our lab handles the rest
Our lab makes the glasses and checks quality before shipment. Finished eyewear goes to the shopper or to an agreed collection point. Store collection is a separate service decision and does not automatically use grocery pickup, delivery slots, or the grocery basket.
